Jamie had left Leo back home with the twins and had told him that there were a few things that she needed to do. Something had been on her mind for a long while now. In fact, that something was going to have a nice fun ride on a transport and then on a motorcycle. She'd found a place to meet up with Jocelyn and had a nice long conversation with the woman. A conversation that the woman didn't like. One that James Tiberius Kirk wasn't backing down from. When all was said and done it wasn't Jocelyn that had the rights to one Joanna McCoy. It was one James Tiberius Kirk-McCoy that did. This was something that she'd had going on for a while now.

Keeping Jo quiet was the fun part. Especially when they got home. "Daddy, close your eyes and no peeking." She calls out knowing that the twins should be down for their nap by now.

That was his daughter, the one whom he'd never have to go a day without again. Not as long as she lived anyway. Though when she's hugged like that, she hugs him back and kisses his cheek.

Once Joanna was finished, Leonard cleaned her up and took her to the guest room. He knew they would need to do some shopping and get her some toys, clothes, and other things, but he didn't care. He had his little girl back.

After Jo was asleep, Leonard turned and scooped Jamie into his arms. "I'm the luckiest man alive," he said.

The shopping she would leave to her husband. Let him have quality time with his children. Wrapping her arm around his neck, she laid her head on his shoulder and gave a slight chuckle.

"I have a wonderful husband, he needs the world."

Leonard pulled back and looked down at her. "You deserve the world too, darlin'. I don't even know what I did to deserve ya," he whispered.

"You put up with me." She says with a slight chuckle. "That's how it started out anyway."

He softly laughed and shook his head. "I like puttin' up with ya, darlin'. You've made my life a whole lot better and I'm gonna love ya forever 'cause of that," he said.
